Tai Chi for improved balance and peace

On Saturday mornings at 10a, we host an easy and effective Tai Chi class for beginners.
Class includes gentle warm up and cool down exercises. All moves are slow and gentle, and each movement can be modified to accommodate special needs.

Visitors to the coast are welcome regardless of experience level.
There is a drop-in fee of $5 per class. Locals may purchase a 12-week pass for just $50
Wear comfortable clothing and come in a spirit of Love.

Each class is custom-tailored to the group.

Tai Chi for health is done in a slow and mindful manner. This form of Tai Chi is sometimes called a moving meditation. It helps in focusing the mind, stabilizing and strengthening the body, and increasing grace and fluidity of movement.
